HOW TO BOOK ME (Justin Tinapay)

Thank you for your interest in booking me as your wedding photographer. To book me, please follow steps 1-4 in filling out the Agreement Form.

You will only be officially booked when then the agreement form is signed and the check is deposited.

If there is any delay from the time you inquired about availability and the time you sent the form and check, please call or email me to verify current availability.

If you find the instructions complicated, please give me a call at or by email at info@newjerseyweddingphotographer.com, and I will gladly walk you through it.

1) DOWNLOAD PDF: Download and print PDF format:

• Wedding-AgreementForm .pdf (FOR WEDDINGS ONLY)

• Event-AgreementForm .pdf (FOR OTHER EVENT)

2) PRINT PDF:

If you can, Please print both sides in one sheet of paper so that it is easier for us to keep as a record.

The final print should look like the image below with both pages printed on each side.

3) FILL IN FORM

1) Event date
2) Client's Address (important when sending disc)
3) Locations (keep the number of hrs in package in mind)
4) Number of package hours: Total, Deposit & Balance

   4 hours Package:   Total: $795
                          Deposit: -$395
              Due on event date: $400

   5 hours Package:   Total: $1195
                          Deposit: -$395
              Due on event date: $800

   7 hours Package:   Total: $1595
                          Deposit: -$395
              Due on event date: $1200

  10 hours Package:   Total: $1995
                           Deposit: -$395
              Due on event date: $1600

5) Signed on both sides

4) MAIL FORM & CHECK

• A Deposit/Retainer is required to officially book the Photographer.

• Write the $395 Deposit/Retiainer check to Justin Tinapay

• Mail the form and the Deposit/Retainer to:

notes: Keep a record of your check number and also write down your wedding date under the check memo.

Once recieved, I will then send you a copy of the form with my signature, deposit the check and you are then officially booked!
