HOW TO BOOK ME (Justin Tinapay)
Thank you for your interest in booking me as your wedding photographer. To book me, please follow steps 1-4 in filling out the Agreement Form.
You will only be officially
booked when then the agreement form is signed and the check is deposited.
If there is any delay from the time you inquired about availability and the time you sent the form and check, please call or email me to verify current availability.
If you find the instructions complicated, please give me a call at or by email at info@newjerseyweddingphotographer.com, and I will gladly walk you through it.

If you can, Please print both sides in one sheet of paper so that it is easier for us to keep as a record.
The final print should look like the image below with both pages printed on each side. |

• A Deposit/Retainer is required to officially book the Photographer.
• Write the $395 Deposit/Retiainer check to Justin Tinapay
• Mail the form and the Deposit/Retainer to:

Once recieved, I will then send you a copy of the form with my signature, deposit the check and you are then officially booked!
