THE DATE

Thank you for choosing me as your photographer. To book me, please follow steps 1-4 in filling out the Agreement Form.

You will only be officially booked when then the agreement form is signed.

If there is any delay from the time you inquired about availability and the time you sent the form and check, please call or email me to verify current availability.

If you need help in filling out the form, please give me a call at or by email at info@newjerseyweddingphotographer.com, and I will gladly walk you through it.

1) DOWNLOAD PDF: Download and print PDF format:

• Wedding-AgreementForm.pdf (FOR WEDDINGS ONLY)

• Event-AgreementForm .pdf (FOR OTHER EVENTS)

2) PRINT THE PDF:

If you can, Please print both sides in one sheet of paper so that it is easier for us to keep as a record.

3) FILL IN FORM

1) Event date (important)
2) Client's Addresses (important when sending disc)
3) Locations for photography
    - Start/End: The estimate time as long as the timeframe
       is within the package hour. We can fine-tune the time
        when your schedule is definite.
    - Address: Venue name and town name.
4) Number of package hours: Total, Deposit & Balance.
5) Signed on both sides: back and front.

4) MAIL FORM & CHECK

• A Deposit/Retainer is required to officially book the Photographer.

• Write the $395 Deposit/Retiainer check to Justin Tinapay

• Mail the form and the Deposit/Retainer to:

            East Rutherford, NJ 07073

notes: Keep a record of your check number and also write down your wedding date under the check memo.

Once received, I will then send you a copy of the form with my signature, deposit the check and you are then officially booked!
